San Ramon and the Tri Valley

Smart table tents for San Ramon, Danville, Dublin and Pleasanton restaurants and event venues.

Centerleaf brings touch screen table tents to restaurants, wineries, event venues and Bay Area lounges across the Tri Valley and the East Bay, installed and supported locally by Quantum Arbor.

San Ramon and the Tri Valley 25 of 25 founding spots open

Tri Valley guests sit, linger and order again when something catches their eye. Centerleaf puts that something on the table: your specials, a two minute game, an order button and a phone charger, on both sides of every table.

Restaurants, wineries and tasting rooms

Feature tonight's pairing, push happy hour, invite reviews at the right moment, and send guests to order through the system you already use. Tasting rooms get flight menus and club signups right where guests sit.

Event venues and hotels

Receptions, galas and company dinners across the Tri Valley get photo loops, schedules and a shared album on every table, with rental packs for single events.

Bay Area cannabis lounges

California now lets cities allow licensed lounges to serve food and drinks and host live events, and lounges in San Francisco, Oakland and Emeryville seat guests for long stretches. Every cannabis slide carries your state license number, and games never offer prizes.

Local install and support

Devan Towslee, founder of Quantum Arbor, serves San Ramon and the Tri Valley in person. Founding partners get an in person demo, a hands on install and same week support.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do guests order on the tablet or their phone?

Both work. Guests build an order on the tent and it reaches your staff tablet as an alert, or they scan a QR and finish on their own phone. On the Signature plan, orders can flow into your point of sale where your system supports it.

Are the games really free?

Yes. Trivia, Three in a Row, Stack Four, Memory Match and more come on every tent at no extra cost, with new games added over time. They are original games with no prizes and no purchase.

Do you come to us?

Yes. San Ramon and Tri Valley venues get an in person demo and a hands on install.

How much does it cost?

Dual sided tents are $349 and single sided tents are $299, bought once. Plans are $19, $35 or $59 per tent a month. Setup is $499 one time and is waived for founding partners, who also keep their plan price for 24 months. Orders start at 4 tents, and the owner dashboard is free with 8 or more tents ($250 one time on 4 to 7). Sales tax and shipping are confirmed before you pay.

Do I buy or lease the tents?

You buy the tents once and own them. The monthly plan covers the app, content updates, monitoring and support. Leasing is not offered at this time.

Does it need WiFi?

Ordering, staff alerts, the menu helper and content updates use your WiFi. If the WiFi drops, the loop, menu and games keep running from the tent, and requests are saved and sent once it reconnects. The dual sided tent supports 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi; the single sided tent uses 2.4 GHz.

How long does the battery last?

The maker rates the battery at about 17 hours on the dual sided tent and about 23 hours on the single sided tent at 60% brightness. Packs are removable, so a spare can go in within a minute, and tents charge overnight on a charging station or cart.

Is it compliant for cannabis venues?

It is built for it. Dispensary loops can carry your state warning and license number, avoid imagery that appeals to anyone under 21, and games never offer prizes. You stay responsible for your own content and state rules.

What if I change my mind?

Nothing is owed before you confirm. Getting started is free, and you only pay once your order is fully arranged and you approve the total. Once paid, orders are final, which is why you see a live demo first.
