Rent Centerleaf tents for receptions, galas, launches and company events. Your photos and sponsors loop on every table, your schedule shows, guests drop pictures into one shared album, and every phone stays charged.
Rental pricing
Priced by how long you need them.
Per tent, with a 10 tent minimum. Every rental comes loaded with your photos, schedule and links, charged and packed with its chargers. Prices in USD before tax.
Event content setup is $149 per booking and included on weeklong and monthly rentals. Weddings include the photo loop, timeline, couple trivia and a shared album QR.

Damage waiver
12% of the rental total
A cracked screen or a dropped tent costs you $49 a tent instead of $289. Loss, theft and misuse are not covered.
On site attendant
$55 an hour, 4 hour minimum
Someone there all night to swap batteries and help guests.
Booking timeline
- 30 or more days out. Standard booking. Ask with your date, tent count and location.
- Same day you ask. We confirm in writing that tents are free for your date and send the quote.
- To hold the date. Pay a 50% booking deposit. It is non refundable. Dates are never held without it.
- 14 days before. The balance is due, a card goes on file for damage, and your photos and schedule are due.
- Event day. Tents arrive charged in padded cases, delivered or picked up by you.
- Next business day. Return or pickup. Anything lost or damaged is charged to the card on file.
More than 20 tents needs 60 days. Dates 8 to 29 days out are possible only when tents are free, with a 25% rush fee. No bookings inside 7 days.
Community and sponsored events
Community and nonprofit events book the same way at the same rates. A local business can sponsor the set and pay the rental in exchange for its slide on every table.
For couples
When the night is over, keep the story going with From Mile One, the couples book app from Quantum Arbor. Every wedding rental can include a QR to start your own book.

How far ahead should I book?
At least 30 days, or 60 days for more than 20 tents. Dates 8 to 29 days out are possible only when tents are free, with a 25% rush fee. We do not take bookings inside 7 days.
How do I hold my date?
We confirm in writing that tents are free for your date, then a 50% booking deposit holds it. The deposit is non refundable and the balance is due 14 days before the event.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery and pickup are quoted by distance with your rental. You can also pick up and return the cases yourself at no charge.
What does the damage waiver cover?
For 12% of the rental total, accidental damage is charged at $49 a tent instead of $289. It does not cover loss, theft, misuse, unattended spills or weather, and it is not insurance.
Do the tents need WiFi at our venue?
No. Your photo loop, schedule and games run from the tent. Album and RSVP QR codes open on guests' own phones.
Can a sponsor pay for the rental?
Yes. A local business can pay the rental in exchange for its slide on every table. Community and nonprofit events book at the same rates.
