Centerleaf · now taking founding partners
The table is the best screen in the room.
A touch screen tent on every table that sells your specials, speeds up orders and asks happy guests for a review at the right moment. Built and supported by Quantum Arbor for venues in the Tri Valley and the Twin Ports.
In person demos anywhere in California. Tents can also ship ready to place.
The real Centerleaf app, live on the dual sided tent. Order, call staff, join the list or play a game. Every button works.
What it does for you
More money per table. A better name in town.
Centerleaf is built around two things owners care about: what each table spends, and what guests say when they leave.
Money
- Sells while guests decide. Your specials and best margin items loop on every table during the minutes guests are choosing.
- Bigger checks. The menu, add ons and the next round sit one tap away, so the second drink and the dessert get ordered instead of forgotten.
- Faster turns. Orders and staff calls go out from the table, so nobody waits to flag someone down.
- Screens that can pay their own way. Sell slide time to the brands you carry or to local sponsors.
- Know what sells. The dashboard shows which promo, table and hour moved product, so you put money where it works.
Reputation
- More reviews, at the right moment. A polite Google review prompt appears after guests have enjoyed the table. Every guest sees the same button.
- Problems fixed at the table. A call staff button gets someone over before a slow night turns into a bad review.
- Looks like a premium room. Your logo, colors and name on every table, on clean hardware, instead of worn paper menus.
- Clean and compliant. State warnings built in for cannabis venues, no cameras and no guest personal data.
Also on every tent at no extra cost: original table games, a helper that answers from your own menu, guest articles and offers you attach to any item. Turn each on per venue in the admin portal.
How it works
One tent. Three jobs on every table.
Guests do not download anything and staff do not run anything. The tent moves through three states on its own.
It sells while nobody touches it
Your specials, new arrivals and events loop on both sides of the table, updated from your phone in seconds.
Guests lean in
A tap opens the menu, a quick trivia game, your rewards signup or tonight's schedule. Each side works on its own.
Phones finish the job
Order, pay, review or join through a QR that opens your own systems, tagged to the exact table and side.
Shop
Two tents. Everything around them.
Orders start at 4 tents. Your branding is loaded into the app on every one. Charging, security and Device Care are in the shop.
Owner dashboard
See which table, which slide and which hour sells.
Every tap, scan and minute of attention lands in your dashboard, by table and by side. Swap promos from your phone, and get a short report every Monday.
Free with orders of 8 or more tents. $250 one time on orders of 4 to 7 tents.
- Taps, order scans and time engaged per table
- Which promo was on screen when a guest leaned in
- Battery, WiFi and last sync for every tent
- Review requests per table group, timed by how long guests engage
- No cameras and no guest personal data, ever

Founding partners
25 venues per market. Then the doors close.
We are launching Centerleaf with a small group of venues in the Tri Valley and the Twin Ports. Founding partners shape the product, get first install dates, and keep their founding price.
Content setup, branding and install are on us.
Your plan price stays put for two years from install.
Devan brings a working tent to your venue in California, or walks you through one on a live video call anywhere else.
Plus the founding partner badge on your dashboard.
Getting started is free and holds your spot. Devan builds your order with you, then sends one secure payment link once everything is arranged and you confirm it. Nothing is charged before that, and holding a spot does not guarantee a delivery date. Full details in the Early Partner Access Terms.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do guests order on the tablet or their phone?
Both work. Guests build an order on the tent and it reaches your staff tablet as an alert, or they scan a QR and finish on their own phone. On the Signature plan, orders can flow into your point of sale where your system supports it.
Are the games really free?
Yes. Trivia, Three in a Row, Stack Four, Memory Match and more come on every tent at no extra cost, with new games added over time. They are original games with no prizes and no purchase.
Do you come to us?
Devan gives in person demos across California, booked by region. Outside California, demos run by live video and tents ship ready to place.
How much does it cost?
Dual sided tents are $349 and single sided tents are $299, bought once. Plans are $19, $35 or $59 per tent a month. Setup is $499 one time and is waived for founding partners, who also keep their plan price for 24 months. Orders start at 4 tents, and the owner dashboard is free with 8 or more tents ($250 one time on 4 to 7). Sales tax and shipping are confirmed before you pay.
Do I buy or lease the tents?
You buy the tents once and own them. The monthly plan covers the app, content updates, monitoring and support. Leasing is not offered at this time.
Does it need WiFi?
Ordering, staff alerts, the menu helper and content updates use your WiFi. If the WiFi drops, the loop, menu and games keep running from the tent, and requests are saved and sent once it reconnects. The dual sided tent supports 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi; the single sided tent uses 2.4 GHz.
How long does the battery last?
The maker rates the battery at about 17 hours on the dual sided tent and about 23 hours on the single sided tent at 60% brightness. Packs are removable, so a spare can go in within a minute, and tents charge overnight on a charging station or cart.
Is it compliant for cannabis venues?
It is built for it. Dispensary loops can carry your state warning and license number, avoid imagery that appeals to anyone under 21, and games never offer prizes. You stay responsible for your own content and state rules.
What if I change my mind?
Nothing is owed before you confirm. Getting started is free, and you only pay once your order is fully arranged and you approve the total. Once paid, orders are final, which is why you see a live demo first.
